Shipping Policies
Every effort is made to estimate shipping costs. Shipping fees are billed through directly and in some cases for international transactions may need to be adjusted from original estimate to actual costs.

Our preferred international shipper is FedEx.
We pack our gems and jewelry with love and strive to get them out within 3 days. All orders must be signed for. Please indicate who will sign for your package in the "Special Instructions" field. All shipments are insured until signed for by someone at the delivery address.
